  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., and Canada, who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes begins on April 01, 2008 and ends April 30, 2008.
  2. HOW TO ENTER. Enter online beginning 12:01AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on April 01, 2008 at www.naturestears.com/contest/index.php and follow the on-screen entry instructions. Entries must be received by 11:59PM, PST, on April 30, 2008.
  3. ELIGIBILITY. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico and Canada. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Bio-Logic Aqua Technologies, Inc., its parent company, Rogue Valley Natural Springs, Inc., and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members or household members of each are not eligible. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
  4. DRAWING. The winner will be selected in a random drawing on April 30, 2008, from all eligible entries received. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects. Winner will be announced April 30, 2008 on Sponsor?s web site at www.naturesmist.com. Winner will have seven (7) days to claim prize. If the prize is not claimed within the specified (TIME ALLOTMENT) period, than an alternate winner in a separate random drawing will be selected.
  5. PRIZES/ODDS OF WINNING.

    Where appropriate, winnings are mailed as checks, in U.S. dollars, WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER CONFIRMATION OF A VALID WIN CLAIM.Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Limit one prize per household, regardless of entry pool. Chances of winning can increase by inviting friends to enter this Sweepstakes. Simply enter their names and email addresses in the specific fields on the entry form. One (1) additional entry will automatically be entered for each friend (name and email address) referred that has entered this Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes period for a total of ten (10) referrals.
    6. Winner will be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release within seven business days of attempted notification and delivery of documents. Failure to comply with this condition or the return of prize documents as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of prize, without compensation and selection of an alternate winner in a separate random drawing. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION. By accepting prize, winner consents to the use of winner's name. If a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited. No groups, clubs or organizations may participate in this Sweepstakes.

Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, caused by web site users; any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications-line failure, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access of the web site; or downloading materials from or use of the web site. If, for any reason, the sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes.
